Approaching from Stowmarket Area

Take the A14 towards Felixstowe, turning off to A1120 signposted Stowupland. Stay on this road following signs to Saxtead, Stonham Barns, etc. You will pass through Stowupland, Pettaugh and Earl Soham. At Saxtead Mill turn right signposted Framlingham (B1119). Shortly after entering Framlingham 30 mph sign, Thomas Mills High School is on the left. Just after the school, the road bends sharply right. Bryony House is the 7th property on the left (after the surgery which is on the bend).

Approaching from Ipswich/North Essex Area

Take the A14 towards Felixstowe and, some two miles after the Orwell Bridge, turn North on A12 signposted Woodbridge and Lowestoft. Stay on A12 for some 20 minutes passing through Woodbridge. After the Wickham Market turning, take exit signposted Framlingham (B1119) passing through Hacheston and Parham. Continue on this road which will bring you into Framlingham. At the mini roundabout take the first left (College Road) and proceed up the hill past Framlingham College on your right. Turn left (Pembroke Road) to the end of that road and you will reach a 'T' junction. Turn left into Mount Pleasant. Bryony House is the 7th property on the left.

Approaching from North Suffolk Area

Taking the road through Dennington, follow the signs to Framlingham (B1120). Shortly after entering the town's boundary, turn right (just after the pedestrian crossing by Framlingham College) into Pembroke Road. At the end of that road you will reach a 'T' junction. Turn left into Mount Pleasant. Bryony House is the 7th property on the left.

Approaching from Southwold/Leiston/Saxmundham/Aldeburgh Area

Follow signs to Framlingham and after crossing A12 take B1119 towards Framlingham. After entering the town's boundary, follow the road passing garage on your left and into Fore Street. At the bottom of Fore Street you will reach a 'T' junction where you turn right. At the mini roundabout take the first left (College Road) and proceed up that hill past Framlingham College on your right. Take left (Pembroke Road) to the end of that road and you will reach a 'T' junction. Turn left into Mount Pleasant; Bryony House is the 7th property on the left.
